Hello Airsoft Forums, for my first post as part of this community, I would like to make an Event announcement. On July 7th - 8th the Ogemaw County Airsoft Association and I will be hosting a 24hr OP, Operation Jackal.

Even Schedule
Open 10:00am (Come and hang out with us before the game)
Registration/Chrono 12:00pm
Game Starts 2:00pm or when Chrono ends.
Ceasefire 11:00pm - 2:00am
Game Ends 2:00pm on July 8th
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will not be provided, it is highly advised you bring your own easy to prepare food, like trial mix, Dehydrated meals, MRES, ect
Age Limit 15+ Unless Approved by an player affiliated with the OCAA, approved personally by me or vouched for by another respectable player over the age of 18.
Registration and Payment
- We want to get a dedicated bunch of players coming to the games we host so this Event is free.
- Walk ons are Welcome, the more we can draw in the better.
- Waivers will be available on site at registration.
- Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian, and play with a player over the age of 18, unless they are a part of or known by the OCAA or local teams such as Last Pandemic, Ambush Airsoft, Or KBG.

Uniforms Requirement is for each team are as follows.
US (Green) stuff like OD, Woodland, ACU Marpat, ect
Rebels (Tan) 3 Color Desert, Contractor, any sort of Tan Camo, Civilian, ect
Eye Protection Requirements
- All participants are required to have ANSI rated 'Full Seal' eye protection or equivalent.
- All participants are required to have a 'Barrel Bag' over the muzzle of their replica at all times when out of game play.
- Participants caught using non-compliant eye protection will be immediately removed from the event. Refuseal to leave will result in 1 year ban from all OCAA hosted events and a email sent to an MiA administrator asking for similar disciplinary action. If your looking forward to Fueling The Fire 2013, this is the one rule you do not want to break.
- No mesh goggles.... Period.
Engagement/FPS Limits
1.0 - 350.9 fps - Arms length engagement limit
351.0 - 409.9 fps - 20 foot engagement limit
420.0 - 550.9 fps – 50 foot engagement limit, bolt action or permanent* Semi-auto replicas only.
551.0+ fps - Prohibited or allowed with permission of event organizer only
*Permanent semi-auto refers to replicas that do not have full-auto fire capability, no matter how the selector switch or other user input device is manipulated.
General Information.
- Running water and electricity are available on site.
- Restroom available on site.
- Camping space available but limited
- Parking is limited, make it easier on everyone and try to Carpool, this safes gas, space, money, and gives you some nice road trip memories.
*Real steel knives, firearms, batons, etc are not allowed under any circumstances. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the event, lifetime ban from all future events, and legal ramifications to the fullest extent of the law, and Email will be sent to an MiA administrator for similar disciplinary actions.

The rules and objectives at a glance.
One hit your dead.
Game uses a point system to detrimine the winner.
Respawns every 15 minutes.
Members on each team will get 10 revive tokens spread amongst them, these will always be in play, you revive someone, they become a medic, and they get your token, and so on an so forth. we call this method Freeze Frag.
when you are hit the respawns are At captured command posts if you are not revived.
Time out zone is a zone in the front of the field were tents will be set up and people can leave extra gear for use later in the field, get water and recharge batteries. they can also leave this stuff at their HQs, whatever they prefer.
You can be captured if you run out of ammo in the field, surrounded, ect and decide its better to surrender, though doubt many people will.
If you are captured you can espace in one of three ways
1) making a run for it
2) being liberated by your team
3) being mercy killed by your team, resulting in an instant respawn
Command posts show which team controls them by what ever flag is shown at the time. Blue or Red
When the team leader is shot he most confirm he is shot by saying soemthing like blue team leader confirmed kill, after that he just counts as a regular Soldier and doesn't count for any more points, although he is still in command of the team.
There will be a cease fire between 11pm and 2 am
Objectives
intial recon
secure command posts (5) each one 5000 points (command posts will always be in play and change sides through-out the game, there will be a pulley System set up, when the blue team captures it they will raise there flag and lower the red flag, and vise versa )
HQs (intial spawn/re-spawn cannot be caputered)
Capture enemy flag 5000 points
Take out enemy leader 1000 points
Rescue (or capture) downed pilot 2000 points
Defusing rebles bomb 1000 points
Captureing intel Crates (1 for each team) 1000 points

2013- March: US Dollar removed as the worlds “reserve currency” causing, our national dept to soar to 40 trillion by the end off June, literally over-night gas prices soar above 10 dollars a gallon, the stock market crashes again and unemployment reaches 46%.
2013 June: With the American economy all but destroyed, the world soon follows, protests and riots break out all over the world, for the first time in history of man, Israel and the neighboring countries of Egypt, Jordan, and Syria form an alliance against the Oil exporting countries of the middle east, Western nations are powerless to watch as gas prices soar world wide and as they lose control of there own countries.
2013 July: President Joe Biden proves useless to resolve the economic crisis in our country, with one in every 2 Americans our of work, wide spread violence and union strikes take place across of country, often resulting in riots and high loss of life. Biden calls apon the military to restore order and begin relief efforts using the countries massive reserves. We stop exporting crops over seas to feed our own people, millions of people around the world dependant on American grain starve in months, triggering protests against American imperialism all over the world, several US bases over seas are attacked by the newly reformed Al Qaeda after Osama Bin Laden re-appears 2 years after paying the US government millions of dollars, selling secrets of Iran’s nuclear missile program and giving our government the location of several high ranked Al Qaeda members likely to take his place, alowing him to fake his death.
2014: Headlines END OF OIL, on the brink of defeat, Saudi Arabia and Iran nuke Oil fields, destroying Large parts of the E.I.J.S collation are destroyed and the only hope that the world will return to normal, Arab Oil vanishes along with the glassed region.
2015: Russia, newly communist becomes the chief exporter of Oil, in the world and cuts off trade to the untied states, Biden reacts by condemning Russia in the UN, Two weeks later, NATO dissolves, for the first time since World War II Russia attacks westward, Europe soon falls because Biden keeps us out of the war as a last ditch effort to get re-elected, that plan fails, so with strong support from the military, Congress is dissolved and Joe Biden effectively becomes the first dictator of the United States of America.
2016: World Population falls to 4 Billion, Massive pandemics of Bird Flu sweep across the world, killing millions more. Unemployment spikes to 70%, suicide in America becomes the number 1 kill of American men and women over 30. Revolutionary leader springs up in Traverse City Michigan, inspiring thousands to protest Biden’s military regime. Military is sent to crush the protesters, 10,000 Detroit protesters are shot, Michigan secedes from the Union. Rebels are pushed up to Mount Pleasant, Michigan, all military bases north of the front lines Join the rebels, offering training and equipment, stemming the tide into a stale mate with the economically weakened US Army.
2017 March: economy in the rest of the US improves slightly given the military the edge it needs to push deeper into Michigan, but the Army gets stalled In West Branch. In Brutal house to house fighting the Rebels think they can hold their own better if they retreat into the woods. The US Army after suffering heavy loses doesn’t peruse.
2017: July 7th - 8th Patrols from both the Rebel Army and US army clash in a series of small skirmishes in the surround hillsides outside West Branch. Both sides soon throw their entire forces into the battle. The outcome of the battle is thrown up into the Air, both sides are evenly matched, it will depend on the skill and determination of the solders on both sides to determine the victor and the fate of the Republic of Michigan.
