This is a program for creating Magic The Gathering "tokens" and other custom cards. I've been using it for years; it's an entirely safe, free, program with a very active community. You can even download or create your own custom card games with it. It's not accurate or graphically intense enough to create convincing counterfeits, but it's great from test playing a deck or making proxies of expensive cards.
