To prevent confusion all events must be labeled with the full date in the thread name. We also suggest you list the type, or the abbreviation for the type of game, and where it is located.
Example Posts:

"[3/1-7/13] Scen: Red State, Bristol KY"
"[12/12/12] REC: Team A.W.E.S.O.M.E., Lansing"
Any event may be posted here however events that are in our area of operations are preferred.
[Note 10/12/12]: We will no longer be locking old events, however we ask that you do not post in old events unless you have something new to contribute such as an experience or photo taken at the event. All previously locked threads will be unlocked and their names updated by mods to comply with the new rules.
[EDIT 4/13/13] Changed the this thread title to better grab people's attention.
